Contributing to avoiding bad foods are also avoiding bad health habits. Many dancers are desperate to stay thin or achieve thinness. But, they choose unhealthy choices that damage their body and prevent them from having the full potential of being a good dancer. Damaging the body in return for a thin body should never be an option for a dancer. Dancers should acknowledge that if they retain a healthy lifestyle and keep up with ballet training, their body would stay fit and healthy.
